"Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me."

God is so mindful, careful and loving. I hope we all can strive to imitate God (to be perfect as we are called to). I wonder how many excuses we can give for the core tenet of our faith...

Am on day 18 of July. My fav passage thus far: "For a brief moment I abandoned you, but with deep compassion I will bring u back. In a surge of anger I hid my face from you for a moment, but with everlasting kindness I will have compassion on you," says the Lord your Redeemer."
So good to know these are God's promises. Though people may fail me or I fail them, He will never abandon me or stop showing his kindness. These are the moments where I feel more n more in love w God.
