Ordination was the ceremony when Aron and his sons became priests, so the Ram of Ordination was the ram that was sacrificed for this ceremony.

yummy...ram (mouth watering) hahah.

Yea, I read the definition for ordination and it means, the act of receiving holy orders. The act of setting apart.

God has specific instructions in how the ram was to be sacrificed. It wasn't just some throw in the pot and eat.

It required that certain people had to lay their hands on the ram's head. Moses had to put some of the blood and put in on the right ear, not left. Also, on the right thumb, and the big toe of his right foot. Sounds fun huh? He then had to sprinkle the blood in various places....and it goes on and on.
I like to cook, so I understand the intricacies in making a great dish. God wanted the best and required it cooked to specificity!

Wow!
